About 8:00 am, you will get out of Ho Chi Minh center to ride through a traditional village to reach the Great Holy Temple in Tay Ninh.
This temple is the headquarters of the unique Cao Dai school, where you can see the all-seeing holy eye – the symbol of the school above the entrance.
Next, you will have a fantastic experience by attending the midday ceremony’s extravaganza, when you can observe the daily mass held by the Cao Dai followers.
Then, you will have time for lunch.
Afterward, you will get access to Cu Chi Tunnels.
Being a huge network of tunnels connecting underground that used to be the hideout of many military campaigns during the Vietnam War; Cu Chi Tunnels are one of the most famous historic sites in Vietnam.
Upon your arrival, you will be given several short introductions accompanied with an introductory video showing you the way the tunnels were built as well as the way local people survived in the serious conditions of the war period, before exploring the tunnels.
Next, you will have time discovering the remaining area and tunnel systems which consists of the stunning built living areas featuring all spaces necessary for their demands such as kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other manmade amenities such as field hospitals, storage, weapons factories, and command centers aiding anyone staying inside the tunnels.
Moreover, you will also have time exploring many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the complicated tunnels.
