Margaret River Surfing Academy is the only surf school in Western Australia that combines professional surf coaching with evidence-based corporate and wellbeing programs. Led by big-wave surfer and registered paramedic Simon Tien, we deliver safe, transformative experiences for beginners, intermediates, individuals, performance groups, schools, and corporate functions.

Our group surf lessons are perfectly suited to beginner surfing lessons, specialised to make you feel safe and comfortable when first trying the sport of surfing. Our coaches pride themselves on their safety and presence in the water.
We look forward to covering all of your surfing needs in the Margaret River region. The surf school also hires equipment and provides full and half-day tours of the region. We also offer apnea training and private and individual surfing lessons.
