In cases where the tour is operated and no Northern Lights are seen, Special Tours Iceland offers participants a second tour on the next available date at no charge.

Amazing tour saw the northern lights before the boat even set off. Friendly staff, hot drinks on board nice and reasonable too to keep warm! Overall experience-10/10

Didn't see anything. Kind of felt like a tourist trap. They say you can re schedule but it really wasn't worth the price. We would have been better off going on a light hunt with another company.
