Great experience! The ice museum was interesting and the hot spring relaxing! We got lucky and saw the Aurora! Transportation from our hotel to the resort and back, was little hectic... But we make it back safely!

This is a great trip. The Northern Lights is amazing and enjoy the hot springs. The Appletini cocktail at Aurora Ice Museum is wonderful.

Staff was very nice and professional. Enjoyed every aspect of the trip. The only reason that it didn't get 5 stars were a couple of small things. 1) the included snacks were frozen (cold setting too low in the refrigerator) so my salad was a salad popsicle. Not too big of a deal. 2). This one bothered me more because it seemed like a "low end money grab." The package didn't include towels for the hot springs although it included the entrance fee. Towels were a separate rental. Now it was only $5 but for the price of the package, the resort really should have included a towel.
