Description

Spend a full day soaking up everything on Beatles as you visit the home of the Fab 4—Liverpool. Enjoy this fascinating cultural city, with a journey by train from London of just over 2 hours. Once there, take advantage of an included Magical Mystery tour and admission to the Beatles Story museum.

Meet a representative at Euston Station and receive your train tickets before hopping aboard a train to Liverpool. Sit back and enjoy the changing scenery as you head out of the bustling city and into the English countryside, arriving in Liverpool just 2 hours and 15 minutes later.

Liverpool is an incredibly friendly and walkable city, so stroll around and get your bearings. Venture to Mathew Street and find the original Beatles Shop to pick up some authentic memorabilia. On this street you can also discover the famous Cavern Club, where the Fab 4 played intimate gigs.

Make your way down to the regenerated Liverpool Docks and explore the incredible Beatles Story exhibition at the Albert Dock. This follows the lives of John, Paul, George, and Ringo from Hamburg to the Cavern, from Beatlemania and into their individual solo careers.

As a finale to your Beatles-themed day, take the Magical Mystery Tour in a vintage 1960s bus. Pass by 30 sites, including former schools, homes, and birthplaces, as well as landmarks that inspired their lyrics, such as the original Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields.

This was a fun experience! I went on my own and the only thing I wish I would’ve done, was plan more things ahead of time to do in Liverpool. I was able to grab breakfast and go through the museum and still had free time before the bus tour. Another thing to note is that the bus tour only drives by a couple main hot spots (like Ringo’s childhood home, the roundabout on Penny Lane, etc.); however, it’s understandable as there were a lot of people in the bus and only had limited time. I’d do this again in a heartbeat!! Still an amazing experience for any Beatles fan! Easy to follow instructions and great experience!

From London to Liverpool, we just got a package and a agent very quick review of the entire day tour. When we arrived there, totally got lost in the rains. But anyhow the Beatles Story and The Beatles Magic Tour is quite impressive. We didn’t get. Change to see roof top for their last show in public. That’s very important site they didn’t provide !

Fantastic musical experience! Wrote lots of stuff down in a journal while on the bus. The opportunities to hop off the bus for photo opportunities (for example, at Penny Lane, in front of Paul’s parents’ home, and Strawberry Field) were the extras that committed sight and sound to memory. Loved the singing while on the bus by everyone, including men. It was a cold, rainy day but we never minded that while on this tour.
