When you arrive at our seaside studio, you’ll be welcomed with a view of the Mediterranean and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying wine. We’ll start with an introduction to wine tasting – how to look, smell, and taste, plus simple tips to recognize faults and understand serving temperature. You’ll then taste five carefully selected Catalan wines, including whites, reds, and sparkling. Each wine will be paired with a small charcuterie selection featuring local cheeses, cured meats, and regional specialties, while we explore the stories behind the regions and traditions that shaped them. Throughout the session, your certified wine expert will guide you with easy-to-follow methods used by professionals, but explained in a fun and approachable way. By the end, you’ll feel more confident tasting wine and have discovered a side of Catalonia far beyond mass tourism.
