"Very conveiniently located for bird livers as only 600m to Rainforest Discovery Centre. Room is well designed with outsidet but secured toilets which is great for us as we could leave our cameras there during the night to avoid to ac condensation. Staff is hepful, food is ok. "Very convenient location in town. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind. Just a short walk away from the seafood heaven of KK, and there was a day market around the corner on Sunday. Breakfast was plentiful, in terms of choices and food. "

"We ended up having to stay in Pangkalan Bun unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled. We booked this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very nice and the facilities good. My only complaint would be that it is a fairly long walk to get to the main part of town where the “sites” are. A short drive, so if you prefer that, the location is fine, but if you like to walk, pick something a little closer to the water. "

"The room was not as expected. I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. The only great thing about it is it is walking distance to Imago. "
