"Hotel itself was decent for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. In a good location with a McDonald's across the street and a park about a 3 minute walk away."

"I had a great time at hostal la cigarra. It is located in the neighborhood of Santa Ana, just steps away from Casco Viejo. I was unsure of the location at first because I saw some sketchy areas around but in the end I felt really safe even as a female solo traveler. I even came back for another night after a trip to San Blas islands. It’s located on a pedestrian street across from a supermarket, next to a bakery and around the corner from a “feria” where there are all kinds of stalls of people...

"When I arrived, the lady behind the counter didn't speak a word of English (which is ok). But she communicated that my booking was not paid for. The hotel Wifi didn't work so I only had my printed confirmation and couldn't pull up the hotels.com website. I needed Wifi to work due to a Zoom meeting I had late that night, so they arranged for me to stay next door at a cheaper place where the Wifi was better. Apparently the next door place was also owned by the same owner. "

Located right next to Panama Airport (BLB) and next to the beach and close to downtown Panama City this hotel offers a safe secluded tranquil oasis with one hell of a great vibe! The manager Carlos (legend!) and his amazing team will make sure you have the best stay in Panama. This was a great find for me 10 out of 10! "

Also the place was difficult to find because we were looking for La Cuadra by Wynwood and the name of the building js La Cuadra. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. "

She said it got rejected even though I told her I used it at the place before . Regardless I gave her my second credit card and she charged me again . I got to my room and found out I was charged on my first card as well because I’m emailed international transactions . She didn’t care . I called the police .
