"What an amazing hotel. It looks extraordinary from the lake, and the views from the hotel are incredible. We booked a suite with en suite and private balcony. It’s right at the top so many many many steps, but it was worth it. You need to fit and able to climb stairs to stay here, regardless of which room you have. "The Guatemalan decor and ambience was nice. Location was good but the access was poor. No on-site parking, as the hotel is down a narrow alley. Had to pay extra for parking. Also, even though they accepted credit cards, they wanted a 7% surcharge! Nowhere else in Guatemala have I experienced this."

"This was such a delightful surprise after 2 weeks of travel. I'd stayed at other hospedajes closer to the lake, but wanted something a bit more quite, and this was definitely it! The rooms ate simple and beautiful. The shower was onenof the nicest I've seen, and it's the perfect budgetary point. The bed was also comfy and I had a great time talking with the staff. I will definitely be back!"
