"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

"When we noticed that the bathroom didn't have any soap, we called the front desk and were told that the hotel does not provide soap. Yea, soap isn't expensive and easy to buy any circle K, but what kind of hotel doesn't provide soap?!? Also beware of the wet bathroom, which isn't shown in pictures. We were only here for two days...but it was two days too many."

"The location of the complex is very centralized been a short walk to the beach and in close proximity of various restaurants both the sea foods ones and more traditional Vietnamese cosine. Staff were helpful and the actual unit was very big being a 2 bedroom. The beach was a very short distance from the hotel and very clean with a lot of the usual street vendors with all types of foods and drinks. "

"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to...
