"This is as a good hotel for our two nights there. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious and very quiet at all hours. The front desk upgraded us to a king bed room for no additional charge and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located to the main square, shops and restaurants. The only downsides were intermittent water pressure and temperatures in the shower and the breakfast needs help. Terrible coffee. "

"Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too."

"At arrival we met John, who is a true asset to the Ayni team!!! Coca tea was made while our paperwork was completed, then we had a carafe of hot water, bottled water and chocolates were sent to our room. Room clean and comfortable, everything is new. Breakfast first day was made to order, second was buffet. The only drawback for us was that it was father from the city centre and needed a taxi to meet with friends. "
