"If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay that is clean with VERY basic amenities BUT, is right on the beach, this is the place for you! The rooms are not equipped with phones to contact concierge. Instead, you'll have to download an app. There is no iron and ironing board in the rooms...you'll have to either go to the front desk to request one, or use an app. Water pressure in the showers is minimal, but it works! Lastly (and while this is understandable) upon my arrival, the hotel...

"The location is great! Walking distance to Fisher Family Pier. The pools were great and we were right across the street from the beach. We spent one day at the Royal Vista resort which was very nice too. "

"Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. (No way to do that effectively in a "hotel atmosphere") Mgmt staff were very responsive through texting when needed. Will definitely go back next time I am in town for another fishing charter or trip to the S....

"Pleasantly surprised, property was very nice for the price. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, nice pool and very close to the beach. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and it truly met our needs for the weekend. "

"Never got an email with instructions on how to enter our unit. Had to call the owner. Unit not clean and missing towels and toiletries. Furniture is old and bed uncomfortable. Beach chairs not workable. Overall in poor condition. "

"We really enjoyed our stay as far as the size of the property and the location. It was very safe. The only downside was the air conditioner, not clean the house enough and the ants in the shower. However, the host was very responsive and did try to send someone out to fix the air conditioner but two nights of sleep were very uncomfortable with the house being upwards of 75° and quite humid. "
