"Very poor staff and services. Rooms are small, with poor quality amenities, dirty towels, and stained and dirty bedsheets. Breakfast was below average with equally poor service by the staff. Not at all a 4-star hotel. Not recommended. "

"They had no clue about the reservation. We had disability issues and were stranded at the reception for more than an hour as they couldn't find the reservation on their system."

"I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. There is good mall nearby and a few decent eateries."
