Wonderful property. Well maintained & the room was generous in size and all amenities were good bar the soap. Whoever is selling the soap to the property is selling them dud stuff. It just does not do anything. No suds at all. Room was not ready when I checked in after check in time but the wait was not as long as they said it would be. (Inside 20 minutes). Complimentary breakfast was good but needs to be topped up regularly. Location is good. The staff I interacted with were good too. i only stayed here a night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I shall keep this property in mind should I ever visit again & if the price is right.

The hotel doesn't allow outside food to be delivered picked up which is a major drawback and it has monopoly to order from their own restaurant only. Also they dontclean rooms unless instructed.service was good though but not considered for a stay in future.

the bed given was terrible and there was no extra charging point to charge your appliances, no bucket in the washroom. Washroom was dirty and not maintained at all, so won’t recommend people to stay there. not worth the price at all for such a small room and no amenities.

Good hotel , excellent location

Excellent location near to all the sight seeing spots. Cooperative staff. Hotel is bit old and so are fittings and utilities like bedsheets and towels. Food is good and breakfast buffet too. But overall good stay.

Stayed for 4 days. Great experience. Location - 10/10. 10min walk from good restaurants on park street. Centrally located. Room - 7/10. i had a back facing room. Didn't have noise from the street. Rooms were decent l enough. I felt my bed was a bit old.. A bit springy. Bathroom was neat and clean which is important. Breakfast - 10/10 another highlight Staff - 10/10. I must mention them. Very very courteous and friendly. Right from the reception to the room service and hotel staff

The hotel is near to US Vac center so if you are looking for any consulate related accomodation, this is the place to go. Just 5 min walking. Food and service is very good. Good place for family stay too.

Great Hotel

Excellent hotel centrally located in Kolkata. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent wifi, great breakfast buffet, nice bathroom with plenty of hot water, numerous television channels (if you need to watch tv), comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Kolkata.

Not at all worthy stay considering the room rate

The location is convenient. However, room maintaninence is very poor . It is not just worthy to pay INR 5500 per night and the picture and reality has a lot diiference. Reception staffs are not cordial.
