"Front desk staff were professional and amazing. Friendly , helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Metro outside the door . Bit rougher area but a lot of Athens seems to have graffiti everywhere other then the high tourist zones . I would stay here again . "
"Staff service was excellent. I was given a 6th floor room which is at the top and have access to the roof whuch has a magnificent view of the Acropolis. The elevator only goes to the 5th floor so we had to walk a flight of stairs to the 6th floor. The staff was very helpful to carry our two suitcases to the 6th floor. The included breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. On check-out the staff was very nice to take our bags down a couple of stairs to the taxi. The room was clean but not huge. The fridge and kettle come in handy. The location is very close to the Acropolis subway station and right in the Plaka area. It was a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel."
"Arrived late at night staff was friendly and very helpful . Great location walking distance to everything . Would definitely recommend it to travelers in Athens . Would definitely stay again !"

"The Staff did a wonderful job taking care of me after my Flight was canceled and rerouted. The airlines sent my bag to a destination I didn’t go so I had no toiletries when I arrived neither did I have a change of clothes. They gave me a toiletries to help! I loved my room too for the short time I was there! Beautiful place.

"Rooms in the property are older and bath rooms are needed to be updated and carpets in passages to be replaced and pairing is needed to make the rooms and the passages to be brightest. It looks old and dull. Service and staff are exceptional . "
