Come enjoy the bayside breezes and bay views at Bay Breezes! This recently renovated bayfront 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo can sleep 6, is professionally decorated in a coastal theme to really give you that beach paradise feel. It’s the perfect island get-away. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to make a meal at home. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom has another king-sized bed. There is additionally a pull-out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 if you need additional space. The bay can be seen from both the living room and 2nd bedroom windows!

This particular unit has its own private patio space to sip and drink coffee or a cocktail and gaze across the bay with great water views.

This quaint space is located on the 1st floor of the Bay Side Bungalows building housing 5 private units, each with its own direct entrance. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the building shares a gorgeous resort-style heated swimming pool with plenty of chairs, tables, and lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. While you’re there mix drinks in the cabana or grill up some freshly caught fish from Rod and Reel Pier which is only a short bike ride away!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.

Anna Maria Stay
Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Property and location are absolutely wonderful. Loved walking to the pier every morning for coffee and a pastry — and watching the sunset there in the evening. Only complaint is the beds were crazy loud. You couldn’t roll over without waking up from the noise.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing and you could walk to everything. We rented a golf cart and had no issues with charging it. The pool was great. No one was ever there when we went and it was super relaxing. Our only complaint was that we could hear the neighbors upstairs who partied until 3am but other than that we would definitely stay here again! :)

Perfect Location!
This was such a fantastic location! Steps from the beach, perfect little outdoor area to sit and listen to the waves, great pool. It’s less than a block from restaurants and ice cream. The unit was clean and bright. As mentioned in previous reviews, the beds were terribly loud. Every little movement seemed to wake the other person (we were a group of 4 adults) and none of us were able to sleep well. The location more than made up for that but it was still a disappointment since it’s hard to go two nights on very little sleep. Overall a great place to stay for a fun weekend on AMI.

Not accurate and overpaid for quality lacking
Very disappointed in the actual apartment. Terrible couch and ergonomically incorrect. We had to stay in our own rooms each night due to sagging couch and only kitchen chairs to sit in. Tiny bathroom, no hooks, torn paper blind in window, huge king bed in the tiniest room, no bedside tables, no thought to details. Greasy pots left in cupboard, pool not cleaned regularly, laundry wash and dry machine constantly locked trapping our clothes for hours. Dark apartment. And the worst part was ZERO SOUNDPROOFING. It was a nightmare when people checked in above us. Could hear tv, music, conversations, toilets flushing. Just shameful considering we paid $4K US per week for three weeks. We feel completely taken advantage of. And not to mention the final thing to look out for... yes pet friendly - but AMI is not pet friendly. You cannot walk your dog on the beach or the pier. Had we known, we would have gone to another destination. Poor and sad experience. We left early.

Perfect getaway
Started 3 nights with 3 adults. Location is perfect. Across from waterfront restaurant, walking distance from Pine Ave and Anna Maria Island Pier. Rented bicycles and cycled around the island didn't need to drive at all. Beautiful weather. Lol area great and not crowded at all.

Great location cute condo
Great location cute condo. This was perfect for me and my two daughters who are nine. It was very clean and the location is great as you have the restaurant right next-door and ice cream. Just a few steps from the beach and the pier which was a lot of fun. The only feedback is that we could hear the people above us every move they made And they certainly stayed up late. But AMI was very responsive with the situation. Other than that another mirror in one of the bedrooms would be helpful. I recommend the property

Beach Bungalow
This beach bungalow was a two day finale to our Ana Maria Island family vacation. We stayed with our 3 teenage sons. Having two king size beds and a sofa bed were paramount for comfort. This location was impeccably clean and suited our needs. My only suggestion would be to place a mirror in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom for the female of the group for getting ready.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Great location, right across the street to a beautiful beach & close to restaurants, ice cream & shops. They had everything we needed from kitchen things to beach supplies like chairs & umbrellas. The pool was so nice to & we had it to ourselves most of our stay here. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This is my second time staying at onceuponabeach with Nikki & Mike. I live staying at the different condos. Always super clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I love my condo & pool. I like be being right by Anna Maria Pier and the trolley stop. Waterfront restaurant & J Burns pizza has great meals. Mike & Nikki are always available and you know what to expect when your staying. They are great people and I’ll be back for my 3rd year in a row.

Over all the stay was wonderful. Some small tweaks. New ceiling fan in the one bedroom (lots of ticking) and ceiling fan in the other bedroom, more mirror, salt and pepper. Over all super happy 😃 and would totally stay again.

Perfect location and in the nicer end of the island. The unit was very clean and perfect for our family, loved the private entrance and outdoor area. Was very thoughtful to have all the beach necessities available and laundry machines. Private pool is perfect as well. The location is very close to restaurants and all the shops on Pine Avenue. We were able to makr a cup of coffee and walk across the road to watch the sunrise. Trolley stop is only a block away so we didn't drive the whole time. We will definitely be renting again.

Horrible beds, noisy, beautiful pool area, great location
We always enjoy the island. The location is very good, on the bay side, next door to the Waterfront Restaurant. My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom unit. First of all, I travel almost every week for work/personal and both beds were the worst ever sleeping experience. The mattresses both squeaked so bad, you could not move in them. They were also lumpy and so uncomfortable. We thought the bed in the guest room would be a little better, but it was not. We ended up staying in the guestroom room anyhow because the TV was not working properly in the master suite. Second, this unit is on a bottom floor of a multi-family building. I think there are 3 on the bottom floor and 2 units on top. I will never stay in a building like this again. It was so noisy from guests that checked out on Saturday am from them packing up and then the houskeeping staff came in shortly after. After they departed, two families with a total of 5 kids checked in. So, there were 9 people above us for the rest of our stay. Oh, and they had two dogs that barked all day and night, until their parents came home for the evening. The pool area and outdoor facility was gorgeous! There was no coffee or other condiments for cooking (just salt/pepper), but we did not cook. The owner was notified of the bed and tv issue and responded quickly by stopping by when we were gone. However, these are bigger issues that take days to resolve. (usually). I requested a later check out on Tuesday due to our flight time. I sent multiple requests, but those went unanswered. (The elderly couple that was next door to us, also complained about their bed. The woman ended up sleeping on the couch the first night and on the second, she put her husband in the lump.) I don't like to ever write less than 5 star reviews, but when I cannot sleep, it ruins the stay. And, this one was a vacation getaway without our teenage son.

Nice private vacation place close to everything
This place was perfect for our family vacation of 4. Clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Has everything you need. The only negative thing I can say is that it had a bit of a strong bleach or lysol smell. However, it might be just me, because I am sensitive to smells. Everything else was perfect!
