Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Most everything, most certainly staff availability and appearance.
Location: Annapolis waterfront, shopping.
No visible staff after check in. Breakfast was a joke. Floors were nasty throughout. Kitchen items available only by request.

Clean room and convenient location

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Updated and clean.
Location: This hotel is located right off the Aris T. Allen and is within a few minutes drive of just about every kind of shopping and dining you could want.
We booked this room "blindly" using the Expedia feature that gives you a big discount for booking without knowing which hotel you are getting until after you pay for the room. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel lobby and room were clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was a "suite" and had a full sized refrigerator, two burner electric stove and kitchen sink. The only down side was another guest of the hotel had a very loud argument in the hallway at about 5:00 am which ended with a hole being punched in the wall next to the elevator. Obviously, that wasn't the fault of the hotel staff.

Not what I expected

Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: They had availability.
I have never before stayed at an extended stay type hotel. I was unable to find an available hotel near my daughter so I opted to stay at the Extended Stay America in Annapolis. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. After standing there for a few minutes. I said is " hello, anyone here," and from just around the corner came the receptionist. I thought at the time that surely she heard me come in but she didn't see if I needed anything. My room was clean but smelled like fish. I did get some room deodorizer from the front desk to eliminate the smell. I also was not aware that dogs were allowed at the hotel, however, I saw and heard dogs, one being a pit bull. My only other comment, is that there are two Extended Stay America's within half a mile from each other. It was a little confusing at first. In the future, I prefer a full service hotel or a limited service hotel, but not an extended stay type hotel.

Smoke Reigns

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Expedia.
Cons: No smoking! Use linens without cigarette burns. Provide the room that was booked.
Location: Location is great - easy access and decent surroundings.
The hotmail is in a nice area and the staff was quite friendly, but that's all that is good. We booked a suite with two beds, but they gave us two rooms with one bed each, so our family was split up. The whole place smells terribly of smoke, even the nonsmoking areas. The blankets have cigarette burns in them. There were many migrant workers staying here and several quite unsavory guys hanging in the lobby around the breakfast area. I would not stay here again, and was sorry we brought our family here.

If you like dirty rooms

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Just very disappointed My towels were stained as well as my sheets... Did not feel comfortable in the room at all... and the AC filter vents were exposed and extremely dirty

The beds were rock hard and the hotel was way over priced .

Pros: Only thing it is close to my job
Cons: Cost too much for a not so clean room, customer service needs improving
I checked in around 1pm, I choose to be in a smoking room but nothing was available. After I checked in, called the front desk to see if I can switch room and he said no. Even though my room was no smoking it smelled like smoke. Was in a wheelcar accessible room. I'm only 38 years old.

Please look elsewhere

Please do not stay here if you are a non-smoker and have a family. The hotel did not hold our reserved room and put us into two smaller rooms. Both of these rooms reeked of stale cigarette smoke and no other rooms were made available. The towels and sheets were stained. The socket came out of the wall. The cigarette burns on the carpet were plentiful. The noise from the other rooms lasted half the night and went unaddressed by the staff. The "grab and go" breakfast offering was merely tepid, bland coffee. Fully and 100% dissastisfied.
