“Great for the money”

The hotel was very attiquite for our stay. We basicly needed a bed and the room was a nice efficiency apartment with a refrigerator and a stove. It's not the Westin but the bed was just as good. I would gladly stay there again for the money it saved.

“Economical hotel for utility lodging”

This is an economical, clean, utility hotel which provides adequate lodging, but with few amenities. Although its tariff was attractive, there is no "Complementary" breakfast; nor even an advertised place to procure food, drinks, either at the hotel or nearby. There was a large refrigerator in the room; but, it is necessary to make a grocery "store-run" just to have personal snacks/beverages handy. There are no "Convenience", or other types of stores withing walking distance. The Guest laundry facilities appear useful for those guests with families, or visiting for more lengthy stays.

“Not Impressed”

We were given a handicaped room which overall gave us the feeling that we were staying in a hospital. Bed was hard and uncomfortable; sheets rough. Asked for extra pillows to be dropped off and were given the impression that there were no extras in the hotel. When we returned from dinner that night, none had been delivered and the desk was closed. Overall the staff were pleasant, but not very helpful.

“Disappointment”

Hotel pain scheme was dark on the interior. Fake dark wood flooring and brown walls which gave a negative or a non-brightness feeling. Hallways had dark (brown/orange) to match the dark walls. Main issues were:: 1) Housekeeping - Gone all day, returning to find room had not been cleaned nor service with fresh linen, towels, etc. When reporting to the desk, found that the staff had departed and no offer to remedy the situation was made. Desk attendant was outside smoking when found, 2) Appliances = Coffee Maker - Small and non-functional in the sense that you could not pour water into it which ran over the counter. A cheap top drain guard prevented the water from entering easily and poured over the sides regardless of how slow you try to pour the water, Needless to say, supplies for it were non-available for the 2nd day. Checked out early and would not stay at this Hotel again.
