Two hours later it was fraudulently charged in two other stores I had never heard of and out of state. (It was flagged for these reasons so I was notified before another charge could occur) The response from management was defensive and indifferent.

We were staying at this hotel off & on since April. Everything was great with the exception of the GM. Some people can handle their mental illness well. Unfortunately, she's not one of them. Brittany at the front desk seems like she's on drugs & would be nodding off on the job at times. Other than that the other employees we came in contact with are pretty fantastic. Room was clean & the breakfast was decent.
