Just what the doctor orderedPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Other than the fact that this hotel is an hour's transfer (more expensive than the cost of flights), it was a fantastic stay. The facilities were excellent. Very clean. Good food. The pools were incredible, every water feature that you could ask for is here. Hope we can return.

'A different experience for the family'Posted Jul 27, 2013
The hotel has an interesting history and provides a unique experience. There was a very relaxed atmosphere. However, the car parking system was not explained and we had great difficulty in finding our way out of the location. It was also quite a distance to walk to from the hotel. The room was good with a lovely view of the river.

Hot spaPosted Jan 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall the hotel was good, I think we chose the wrong time of the year as a lot of things close down in Spain for the first 2 weeks after New Year. Ours was the only hotel open (out of 3) so it was the only one you could eat in and the choose was very limited - like none. It was also an expensive menu I think . There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the indoor swimming pool was closed for refurbishment and the sauna was not included in the package. It was lovely in the hot spa water but it was very tired and needed some attention, I don't think the roof had ever been cleaned. Although parking was free you didn't know how to find the car park until you had parked in the underground one.

Spa BreakPosted May 19, 2012
Pros: Superb location. Cleanliness and facilities in room was excellent.
Cons: Disappointed with hotel restaurant food especially for a 4 star hotel.
Location: Amazing location. So serene and relaxing, felt as though you were in a different world.
Overall a really pleasant stay. Fascinating hotel with a lot of history and in beautiful surroundings. We were room only and had an adequate breakfast of tostado and coffee for about 3 euros each at the Bar Casino. We found it difficult to make ourselves understood to restaurant staff and the evening meal could have been better. I had to send my fish back as very undercooked. Next evening went to one of the other hotels for a buffet dinner, which was very good.

Hotel Termas, ArchenaPosted Mar 31, 2012 on Hotels.com
We have just had a memorable 2 night stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful and we had an excellent room. The location is very scenic and the Thermalium is brilliant, we spent the majority of our time in the pools. Will be going again later in the year!

Tranquility, Relaxation, Peace, Spacious Clean room. Just wish we could have arrived earlier or stayed another night to fully absorb and enjoy the facilities of the Balneario Spa.
