Hotel was good location if you want to go to clubs, and very close to beach and lots of restaurants. Nice pool, impressive range of breakfast foods. Rooms were clean but very old fashioned style. They are not well sound proofed which didn't bother us, but be aware if you aren't planning to go clubbing each night. Thank you to the staff for the bottle of cava for my birthday!

We had the worst experience at this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were tiny and dingy. The most appalling incident occurred at 5 am when our ceiling started to leak, not just drip, forcing us to evacuate the room immediately. Our clothes and other items were damaged, yet the hotel is unwilling to take accountability for the situation or the damages. To make matters worse, they refused to process a refund for the inconvenience, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

For an all inclusive hotel the drinks and food are below average. Much rather stock up on drinks from the liquor store. They don’t offer any free water which is ridiculous and anything you need like towels or ironing board you have to put down a hefty deposit. Beds are extremely low quality. Overall it’s below average!

Ants in the room, door locks broken. Bath tub unusable due to no water stopper. Basic breakfast. Location is good. Taxi stand and bus stop at hotel gate. Stains on bed sheets and burnt sheets. No sound proofing. Our balcony door was also broken and could not be locked. Safe in the cabinet is also unusable. Pool area is good.
