"Staff tried very hard to mske my stay comfortable. They gave me a second welcome drink after someone walked off with my first one. Check out is late at 11:30 am so we could relax in bed all morning. I don't like that 3.5 euros are charged for luggage storage. Great location as all buses, trams and metro trains stop there. Very convenient when having to take the train to elsewhere."

Pleasant staff who were extremely helpful and gave us tips and directions for using the metro and areas to visit.
