"14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. "We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10"

"The places was perfect for our family of 5. Location was very good with great places for food and coffee within walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. "I had a great time here! The property was better than advertised. I had a friend / family group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan and multiple floors for privacy. The host made things very clear in the preparation email and my stay went well with 0 issues thanks to the clear directions. Surrounding streets could be nicer lol but overall the experience was great there are multiple restaurants and Casino within walking distance. "

"This was the perfect house for meeting our NYC-based kids in Philly for a fun weekend! More than enough comfy beds and baths and the rooftop on a sunny day is unbelievable! "We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Franklin Institute. Street parking was pretty easy to find, despite the construction down the block, and we never got a ticket. Gabe and Jon...

"This was a great alternative to a hotel, in a very good Center City location. The place was clean and mostly well-appointed, but they need better blackout shades in the bedroom and somewhere to put your clothes that isn’t the floor—a shelf or two in the huge closet."

"Really liked the convenience to the PCC. Because if it's "industrial" set-up we could hear noise from other units when flushing the toilet. More insulation is needed for noise purposes."
