"We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. "This room was perfect for a one night stay in Philadelphia! As out of state guests, the location is perfect for walking to close shops and food. The ONLY thing that we had an issue with was parking and NOT but the fault of the owner. It is a very just city and parking was atrocious, but the host gave us maps of all the places to park. We ended up parking in a public lot about 10 min walking distance away and we had no issues. The minimalism of this rental was perfect for 2 guests"

"The amenities were more then plentiful. We stayed over night after a show at the met so location was amazing. The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would use the property again if we have another show."

"The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. "The apartment is very clean and spacious. It's nice, bright and homey. We enjoyed the comfort for our Girl's Weekend away. The apartment is truly centrally located to many of the "must sees" in Philadelphia. We also enjoyed walking to a couple nice restaurants nearby, we felt safe walking at night (10:00pm) back to the apartment. The only drawback was the nightclub behind the complex. "The apartment was in a perfect location and provide indoor parking which was AWESOME!!! We were able to walk and drive effortlessly to everything we did while in Philly! My wife said we would rent again next year on our return trip. The owner was great/flexible to work with. Our only feedback would be to possibly leave a small container / pack for dishwasher and washer/dryer."

"Overall, we had a nice weekend. A couple of things, though. The right bedroom window is stuck open about 4”. It looked to me that the window frame was broken and couldn’t come the full way down. Also, it would help to have the condo listed as a second floor rental so persons with disabilities are aware of that before renting."

"Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location."

"Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. "The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not. "This was a great alternative to a hotel, in a very good Center City location. The place was clean and mostly well-appointed, but they need better blackout shades in the bedroom and somewhere to put your clothes that isn’t the floor—a shelf or two in the huge closet."

"Really liked the convenience to the PCC. Because if it's "industrial" set-up we could hear noise from other units when flushing the toilet. More insulation is needed for noise purposes."
