"The Hyatt Place was a wonderful stay. The customer service we received was spectacular. There was a woman who had the best attitude and said hello to everyone. We truly felt so special with her. She served the breakfast and was just the most helpful person. She and the others made our stay extra special. We would stay again in a heartbeat."

"I travel to Albuquerque frequently and had never stayed at this hotel. This was a 1 night stay and Hotels.com had a good price so I thought I'd try it out. It's located close to the interstate so easily accessible to anywhere in the city, and is close to the airport. They offer shuttle service which is a plus! The hotel was a pleasant surprise! Very clean, well maintained. The registration staff was pleasant, professional and informative. He even offered to carry my bags up to my room, if needed. They have a Happy Hour with free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The room was spacious and everything I needed for a short or longer stay. It was very clean and smelled great when I walked in. I love a hotel that smells good! The only negative I have is the bed was a little too firm for my liking. That being said, it certainly didn't deter me from a good night's sleep. I will definitely stay here again!"
