Welcome to Lakeview Retreat Chalet, a quaint chalet with over 2300 sf, located in the Boulder Bay area with lake views.  The décor is what you would expect from the mountains with a mix of carpet and other flooring finishes and mountain touches throughout.  

The cozy family room offers ample seating on leather sofa/chairs. Enjoy a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace, while watching your favorite movie or show on the flatscreen TV.

The dining area offers a large table with seating for eight with additional seating at the countertop in the kitchen.  The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and granite countertops. The kitchen is also equipped with various appliances and kitchenware including coffee maker and toaster.  Enjoy washing dishes while looking out at the mountain and lake views.  The open concept is very welcoming and fun for the entire family and friends to enjoy spending time together in one room.

Step out to the front upper deck and enjoy the lake views and at nighttime enjoy stargazing.  In the evening, fire up the fire pit or enjoy unobstructed views of the night sky, Big Bear is one of few places in Southern California where you can view the stars without light pollution.  This beautiful retreat has multiple decks and patio seating available.  The lower decks showcase the gorgeous pine trees, creating privacy and a serene relaxing feel.  

The kids will enjoy the bunkbed room with extra sleeping and room to lounge about.  There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this sweet, irresistible retreat.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
