"The property was very convenient for our purposes of travel. The house is well kept. The only suggestion I have would be a tv in the bedrooms, other than that it was literally perfect. Mornings drinking coffee looking out over the golf course were lovely. The waterfalls are a hidden gem. Very beautiful property."

"The house was in a perfect location on the lake. The dock was great for our boat. Our rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit (bring your own wood). Some solar lights on the stairs to the fire pit would help with safety and would have liked to have had oil in the torches. Two of the chairs were broken. The deck and patio were a great place to sit and watch the water and geese. So relaxing! It was not a big deal but the deck/patio furniture were really dirty....

"We were visiting to visit our daughter while she worked the summer for the Forest City Owls and this home was only 15-20 minutes from the stadium and downtown Forest City. The home itself was cute and clean. There was only one shower in the Primary Bedroom so the 5 of us just had to be respectful of times in the shower but it was super clean. The owner was polite and great. We had a small snafu with the 2nd-floor central air but he had somebody over within the hour and the microwave was having...

I didn’t enjoy the neighborhood but that’s a personal choice as I prefer quieter but again that’s a personal choice. There was nothing unsafe about the area it’s just right in the heart of the city where there’s a lot of activity and I didn’t pay attention to that so that’s on me.
