"I appreciate it my stay at the courtyard for the fact that the people of the staff were very polite helpful and kind. The cleaning staff was very careful and polite when communicating with the people in the room for any of their needs or for cleaning and the room was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time that I accepted a room near the elevator because the elevator was very silent and not noisy as I have noted in other hotels where I had to move my room. All in all my stay was good and it's obvious that the planners who located the hotel had it on a road which did not have much traffic at all which was greatly appreciated. If I were to recommend a hotel to a person coming to the Charlotte area I definitely would recommend the courtyard. Upon leaving I noted that my invoice was correct and there were no surprises which also was a plus. "We go to Gastonia 2-3 times a year to visit family and had been staying at a hotel across the road that finally became untenable. This hotel was so great! Very clean, and had the sitting area and beautiful room. Wonderful pictures on the walls and the breakfast was so good. It’s near shopping and a lot of good restaurants too. This is now our hotel for our visits to Gastonia. "
