Located on Pine Street in beautiful Blowing Rock, NC. This 2020 built 3BR/3BA condo with a hot tub, offers a modern mountain feel in a prime location steps away from downtown shopping & dining.

Appalachian at Main and Pine is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged family members. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. 2 dog maximum, up-to-date on all shots. No cats please.

Appalachian is a 3BR/3BA townhome that features a first-floor Master and second-floor deck furnished with a hot tub, built in bar and HDTV.

Appalachian also features extremely fast Wifi on 2.4 or 5G channels, both allowing you to remotely work/or home school for the duration of your visit.

Main & Pine features a covered private parking garage. There is one assigned spot for this unit and there is one first come, first serve reserved spot outside of the parking garage.

Our smart lock offers a seamless check-in/out process.

Convenience and Space!
This property is a new build in the heart of downtown BR. The condo was spacious and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like the hot tub in a covered area! There was plenty of room for meals and board games but also the three bathrooms had generous space. For our group of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens, there was actually a bedroom we never used because the teens took advantage of the room with two beds. To have dedicated parking in downtown, speaks for itself. I will say the parking was a bit tight w our suv but there were 2 unassigned spaces we used that had easier access. Once parked, we had the convenience of all the shopping and restaurants right outside our door. However, the condo is a couple of steps off the main street so we never heard noise from the holiday crowds. Great location!

Don’t pass this up
We booked on short notice and the “view properties” didn’t look appealing. This property presented as new/fresh/clean in photos although no “views”. We were beyond happy to discover it was far larger than pics reflected and a two story. Even better, we were in downtown Blowing Rock and able to lock the door and walk around. Even better than that, the place was so new/fresh/clean! We’re really particular on that! Great location, very nicely appointed inside and perfectly sized and laid out. Feedback - better pics online and make it clear it’s a two story. We thought we had booked a much smaller condo. So bonus it was larger! The property is very nice, but would suggest an experienced person to address the bathroom floor grout (steam clean and seal) and caulking/baseboards around tubs/showers (remove existing and professionally repair/replace). Easy repair/replacement and will keep those rooms just as impeccable as rest of property.

Charming and convenient!
This is our second year renting here. We rented Blue Ridge last year and Appalachian this year. Love the location! It is perfect for a family getaway. Owners make everything from the beginning very easy. Will rent again!

This property is a 5 Star Property. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully soon! The house has great parking, easy access, awesome communication with owners, the best location on main Street, and it is relaxing while being in the middle of main street. We walked everywhere we wanted to go but came back to a little piece of heaven!

This property was perfect. Everything is walking distance except when we went skiing, and that was only 11 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again. Easy to communicate with the owners and they take pride in their property.

It was my fiancé’s 60th birthday and this was the perfect place and location! The hot tub was amazing and very romantic. We parked on Friday and didn’t get back into the car until Sunday when we left. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location
Our family really enjoyed staying in this new, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable townhome for fall break. It is in the perfect location, right off Main Street. Can’t ask for a better home base in Blowing Rock
We’ve visited Blowing Rock a few times now and this is the place to stay. Easy walking to everything. The kids absolutely loved it as much as we did. Completely as described or better. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Great location to experience downtown Blowing Rock and convenient to hiking and attractions.
