"We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again."

"Wonderful very large home in the mountains. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday here with plenty of room for cooking and lounging. Able to bring our dog too which was an added plus. Small village nearby with cute shops for Saturday shopping and grocery store within 5 miles. House has everything you need."

"We had the best time! The house was clean with comfy beds, it had all the basic supplies we needed, and had a few fun games to play and interesting books to read during the evenings. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring/walking on the property. The house was close to the bookstores in Hobart as well as delicious local restaurants. The Rich Farm farmhouse was a great place to stay. 😊"

"This adorable farmhouse style home was a perfect fit for my family of 5. My husband and I both attended SUNY Oneonta and we enjoy going to back to visit the town and school. The house was neat, clean, comfortable and close to everything. We really enjoyed the coffee and tea bar. It was a nice touch! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back."

"The cabin was in a beautiful location and with a clean and lovely interior. The induction stovetop ended up breaking as we were attempting to cook, but the host generously gave us a discount to subsidize us going out for dinner instead of cooking the food we had brought. Overall it was an excellent stay — I do think it would be helpful if the host had instructions listed in the cabin regarding how to use the appliances (stove, grill, fireplace, etc.). It would also be great if they provided more...

"This was a return winter visit for our family. We love this property with its walking trails and other outside amenities. Plus the house is large enough for our family of ten to not get in each others hair. The kitchen is great and well stocked with glasses, dishes, pots and pans as we cook dinner as a family every night. We explored some towns this time and enjoyed the area. And of course, I need to include, that gem of a ski mountain, Belleayre. just down the street.. Other than wanting more...

"My family of 8 stayed at this location. Everything about it was easy. The accommodations were great and everything was nicely appointed. Bill, who is the owner, is a great guy and made sure everything was ready for our arrival, including a warm and toasty home. We stayed to ski Belleayre and it’s couldn’t have been better with a less than 10 minute ride. Highly recommend if your are staying with a large group."

The hot tub on the deck was perfection, just what we needed after a long day of skiing, The downstairs game room was a blast. Everything was perfect for my family of six's annual winter ski trip. "one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
