This modern 1 bedroom condo has many upgrades. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops restaurants, & beach. U can easily walk 2 Pier Village & other entertainment. Living Room has a King & separated from the bunk area and kitchenette. Unit comes w/ new furnishings. Has washer/dryer. Located in a gated community with oversized balcony and great pool. USAGE OF 2 BIKES for an additional fee.

*Usage of 2 bikes during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

Honeymoon was sweeter than honey
My Costa Rican wife and I had a really nice time and enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the downtown area of St. Simons. We rarely encountered people and enjoyed the spacious accommodations of the unit.

Perfect vacation spot!
We were in town for a wedding and this condo was the perfect spot for our first time visiting St. Simons Island! Central location with bikes available that made it easy to travel into the village. Also several walkable restaurants and beach access within a mile. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good week
Good communication with the property owner/manager. Property was clean. Location from downtown and the beach was great. The one downside of our unit was the view of the trash receptacles and dumpster. In addition trash day was very loud before daylight. By the end of the week, the garage smell made it so we could not open the sliding door for fresh air at night.
