Owners were quick on communication and very helpful booking us ski passes and recommending rental gear (they even dropped us from the bus stop to the apartment). There is a free daily ski bus shuttle that runs on a half hour basis throughout the day and this stops outside the swimming pool. The host is contactable and very pleasant to deal with.
