In summer With driveway and parking by the house, lawn with outside fireplace by the house. Summer bathing opportunities in the Puschlaversee, Lago di Saoseo or in the indoor pool of Poschiavo, mountain hiking in the fir and lark forests in the area, glacier hiking in Diavolezza, glacier mills in Cavaglia, Bernina cableway UNESCO World Heritage, wine region Valtellina, etc. In the winter Parking on the main street, 300 m walk to the house, with little snow access and parking at the house. Snowshoe hikes directly from the house in the fir and lark forests in the area and z. B. in the Val di Campo (nature reserve). Sep 3, 2018 #### Ein Traum in der italienischen Schweiz Dieses Domizil ist wirklich einzigartig - insbesondere auch für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage in traumhafter Umgebung auf ca. 1500m extrem ruhig, aber mit dem Auto ist man dann in ca. 30 Min sowohl in St. Moritz, Livigno oder Tirano, je nachdem was man eben sehen möchte. Alle Wanderziele in dieser Region erreicht man ebenso schnell und einfach. Die Unterkunft ist sehr authentisch (Kaminöfen), jedoch so gut als möglich auch komfortabel (Strom, Dusche, WLAN) ausgestattet. Sehr überzeugend ist die hohe (schweizer) Qualität, mit der alles eingerichtet ist. Sauberkeit, Organisation und Gastlichkeit sind vorbildlich. Man bekommt beim Aufenthalt durchaus eine Ahnung vom ehemals sicherlich beschwerlichen Bergbauernleben und vermisst eigentlich nichts an zivilisatorischem Schnickschnack (höchstens einen Geschirrspüler). Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. ##### Magdalena K.
