We had a very positive experience everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a corner room that had 3 windows that made the room feel open.

“Great Location, Classy Hotel”

A block from the Grande Place but just out of the hubub, this very nice hotel is consistently pleasant and comfortable. Beware the breakfast - sumptuous but expensive.

“Terrific hotel”

Extremely convenient location very near Brussels Central train station and Grand Place. Beautifully-maintained hotel. Attentive service, staff fluent in English (they seem to cater to British travelers) and cheerfully addressed our request for an extra bed for our son. Overall, the nicest accommodations we had in a five-week trip. Note: A bit of street noise late on weekend nights--not the hotel's fault, and earplugs made it not an issue.

“Never dissappointed”

I travel to Brussels once a year for a trade show. The Royal Windsor is located in a beautiful location near the Grand Place and walking distance to the train station. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, buisness or pleasure.

“Very convenient hotel in the heart of Brussels”

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel (in fact, I stayed there twice in a two week period, so I've been in more than one room). The hotel itself was a short walk from the train station and from the Grand Place, which made it a pretty ideal location to see Brussels. The hotel also offers free wired internet access, which is unusual but very welcome. My only complaint is that the safes in the hotel rooms are too small to accomodate even a small laptop computer that fits in the safe of most other hotel rooms.

“Highly Recommended”

A two-block walk from the train station and another two-block walk to the Grand Place, this comfortable and stylish hotel is close to many of the sights without being on top of them (and their sounds). The staff was at all times courteous, efficient, and helpful. We stayed on the Godiva floor and found the accommodations to be quite nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the cozy bar downstairs as well. We left an item behind and the hotel promptly and courteously forwarded it to us in Paris. In short, we certainly have no complaints and intend so stay here on our next trip to the city. Especially considering the reasonable price we got with Expedia, I don't think you would want to look anywhere else, either. Enjoy!

“Location...Location...Location”

Pricey if you don't land a discount. We managed to stay for half price, so it was well worth what we paid. The hotel is located between the Grand Place, Cathedral, train station, and shops of all kinds. A 2 to 5 minute walk brings you into all the hustle and bustle you could ever want, but you live on a quiet street right next to it all.

“Excellent location in Brussels”

The hotel was extremely well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only critiscism was the directions (by road) provided by the hotel website. The directions included driving through what is now a pedestrian area which caused real problems particularly as we did not have a street map or SATNAV. There was some street noise late at night but nothing outrageous

“Will Stay Here Again”

The stay was very nice. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The room was great, and quiet even when sleeping during the day. Great location close to the Grand Place and endless other places to go for entertainment, shopping, and great food. , not to mention the beer! Nice to have a place to park the rental car right at the hotel.
