Zur Begrüßung gab es zwei Leonidas-Pralinen – eine tolle, typische Geste für die Schokoladenstadt Brüssel. Die Lage ist hervorragend: sehr zentral, nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Galeries Royales, zur Cathédrale des Saints-Michel-et-Gudule sowie zur Haupteinkaufsstraße, etwa 8 Minuten zur nächsten Metro-Haltestelle. Direkt gegenüber dem Hoteleingang befindet sich zudem der Wolf Food Market. Das Frühstück war gut und bot alles, was wir brauchten, mit hochwertigem Ronnefeldt-Tee. Auf dem Zimmer standen eine Nespresso-Maschine, ein Wasserkocher sowie eine kostenpflichtige Minibar zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich wurde täglich kostenfrei 0,5 l Wasser pro Person bereitgestellt, was sehr angenehm war, da das Leitungswasser gechlort schmeckte. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde in der stylischen „Atrium“-Bar serviert.
