"This the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time."

"It was cute and perfectly located. The house was the perfect size for hanging out with friends. Two little critiques, all the big wood blinds were very dusty. The pillows were almost non-existent. The two coffee machine options was GREAT!"

"The place is cozy and spacious at the same time. We felt spoiled with three balconies, a stunning view of the river, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious downstairs to hang out in. Some minor funky things: the upstairs couch has a black hole in the center-- you will sink deeper than you expect. The fridge water dispenser and the sink both were hard to get to turn off intermittently. Overall, those were minor dents in an otherwise fantastic experience. The location is lovely, about a 10...

"This place is wonderful for a getaway in the mountains. We went to Mt. Princeton and this was the perfect homebase for us. The house was clean and the bed was ultra comfy. Only thing we could complain about was the lack of privacy for the hottub. A privacy screen would be perfect. If you park your vehicle just right you can block the view passing cars. Other than that its a great place to stay for a couple of days."
