"We absolutely loved our stay in this loft. The place was perfectly located, easy to get to with assigned parking, exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. Check in was a breeze and check out was very simple. The owners obviously take immense pride in their place and it SHOWS. My family has stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this definitely ranks at the top. We are already making plans to come back to Salida and will certainly book this place again."

The location was perfect for quickly getting around town, walking from the condo directly to Tenderfoot ("S") Mountain, and made it a perfect base camp for our week in Salida. "The apartment was immaculate and so convenient to everything. The fact of it being on the 3rd floor was a bit hard for us old folks (lol) but it gave us extra exercise coming and going. I would definitely stay there again. It had everything you needed."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Buzz Bungalow. Great neighborhood. We loved that we could walk to shops and river trails. This unit is in the basement and with ongoing construction the walk from front parking area was not easy due to loose gravel. Once the back area is complete this should be resolved. Small issues we had within the unit were resolved quickly by friendly and responsive staff."

"Very nice property and owner has great communication and attention to detail. There's a cute room separate from the bedroom that was perfect for a guest. Not technically a bedroom but works well as a private sleeping area."

"This was our second trip to the Pinion cabin. We have had such a great time at this property! It's quiet, and even tho it's close to BV...about 10+ minutes..you are in the middle of a ranch so it feels secluded. The property is clean, modern and just right for us and our dog. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and cool little patio to watch the sunset. Great Basecamp for outdoor adventures that are around every corner 100% plan on returning!"

"The property overall was great. It was clean and just as advertised. There were two minor issues. #1 - the bed was pretty squeaky, so turning over always produced noise. And #2, the windows were not the most insulated -- when cars drove by or people walked by talking -- it sounded like they were directly in the living room. But, our stay was great and everything else was awesome."

"This was our second time staying at River Haven. This is the perfect spot for our annual MTB trip.BV trails are just a few miles away and Salida's trails are about 25min. The hot tub and fire chimenea down by the river are some highlights. We hope to be back next year again. Thanks!"
