"I stayed at the Hyatt House Hotel in Clorado Spings, CO from 05/25/24 to 05/27/24. It is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.everyone there were very nice & accommodating. The hotel is very clean and updated nicely.They have a restaurant on site and free breakfast both days I was therethey had omelets and other very good food.Unlike most free hotel breakfasts which have dried out less than desireable food. The Hyatt House Hotel's food was excellent. They have a little area in the lobby where you could buy everything from advil to soda to food. My room was very clean and included a stove and a dishwasher. They also have an indoor pool. They also have transportation to and from the airport. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Colorado Springs, CO. They are located near the airport."

"After having been stranded at the airport overnight the staff found a clean room for me to check into so I could sleep. Clean rooms/facilities, extremely helpful and attentive staff. Lovely bar and food is available with more options coming. Close to the airport with a shuttle. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises in the future! Thanks everyone!"

"Quality Inn had so many of the amenities the hotel the night before had, only at half the price! The people are the ones who really made it special, though. Johana, who welcomed me at the front desk and told me exactly where I could find a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance, really went the extra mile when I asked for a different room after she had already given me a key and put it in the computer. She had assigned me an extremely convenient room right off the lobby, but I wanted one further away, in a quiet hallway, and she graciously switched it out and got me exactly what I wanted! And then the next morning I had a wonderful experience with Carla, the young lady in charge of the breakfast. She did a great job of smilingly keeping everything stocked, and then when I was still there at closing time, she even made sure to ask me before shutting down the waffle machine (plus, she let me eat as long as I wanted to without ever pressuring me to leave!) Great hotels start, and end, with great people, and Johana and Carla are two of the best!"

"Great hotel. Beautiful lobby lots of eating & drinking options. The room was very large & clean. My only complaint is the foam mattress has big indentation next to clock nightstand . I slept in middle of bed, i was alone, so it was fine. "
