"The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Generally clean but very dated so it could be perceived as durty but thats just wear and tear. The microwave isn't in the room but a shared kitchen on the ground floor which worked fine for us. The beds were very clean! We were happy they had a lift as we had heavy luggage and both my knees were injured."

"Amazing customer service, couldn’t fault it. The person on reception was so welcoming, personable and helpful as was the person in the breakfast bar. There were areas of our room that could have done with a small amount of paint to freshen it up and there was a strange drain smell occasionally in the bathroom however the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy. "Was advised to check in at KingswayPark Hotel just next door. Upon check-in I was told they had moved me to a bigger room in that hotel, fair enough I was not going to say no! Room was ideal, comfortable bed with all the basics. Shower room small but done the job. Staff really friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Very close to Paddington Station would probably stay there again (I am not sure if the Admiral Hotel would be the same experience so would book this other hotel instead)"

It is mentioned but I'd expect it to be clearer. Food in pub was great. Continental breakfast was interesting. Used as close enough to ABBA Voyage and transfers were easy. Would happily come back."
