This is a beautiful property right on the beach. The condo is super clean and has everything you need. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

Nice ground floor condo
First, communication with the owner was fantastic. Not that I needed anything as the instructions were easy and I arrived like an owner. Nice. The condo is tight, but well laid out. The area is perfect for a quiet, yet active vacation. Cocoa beach is close for action and I came back to a quiet condo area. The more permanent residents are very nice. The area is great for photographers. There are cruise ships, rocket launches, and down the road a park facing the bay (they call it a river). We used the Murphy bed and it worked great. Super happy I found this place. It is an ideal beach house for a few days (perhaps longer!).

Wonderful Christmas Break
My sister, teenage daughter and myself drove down from Massachusetts for an over needed vacation. We arrived to the listing exactly as it was described. The condo is steps from the beautiful beach. Pool was warm even on a 60 degree day. We saw two space shuttle launches. We had an amazing time!

Pit stop before cruise
We enjoyed the spacious suite. It was handy to get to Kennedy Space Center and Epcot. Nice restaurants in the area. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool/hot tub or the beach, unfortunately, but did see a bit of cruise ship traffic. What we missed in condo: a bottle of shampoo in the shower (bought a bottle but had to leave it behind as we can’t take that much liquid on a plane). We also couldn’t find any Kleenex tissue or tea bags. Otherwise, everything was great.

Perfect location
We had things planned in Coco and Canaveral which had us perfectly located for both. The condo was very cute and clean and i loved all beach vibe decor, it had everything we could have wanted. My only disappointment which has nothing to do with the condo itself, was that the hot tub was out of service and the pool looked unkept with several dead lizards, frogs, lots of sand on the bottom so the filter was likely broken. My husband is not a beach person so my only honest negative thing to share..however if you are a beach goer Wendi has thoughtfully provided everything you could need from coolers, tumblers, towels and beach chairs. I would happily stay there again.
