Canaveral Towers is in a great location...the pool area is inviting and has easy beach access. The elevators continue to break down...a continuation from last year's breakdowns. They are being replaced supposedly. We were on 2nd floor (one family member has mobility issues) and the one working elevator did not stop at the 2nd floor on way down, necessitating using the steps. Our unit served the purpose...minimal decor, needs updated and minor repairs. Kitchen well stocked...no Keurig as shown in photos. Beach supplies in unit.

The unit was perfectly located and the right size for our needs. I recommend that management provides enough supplies (dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, sponge for washing dishes, washcloths) for the reservation length. I also highly recommend that a non-scented laundry detergent is used for bedding and towels.

Large Condo with nice view and pool, easy access to beach.
Nice place with all the essentials. I loved the assigned parking space. It made things so much easier to not have to search (& remember) where the rental car is parked. Beach access was easy and close to pool. The only thing I missed was a grill to cookout. We had contact with maintenance over a broken coffee pot and that was replaced the same day. Very responsive! Key pick up was close by so that wasn't an issue at all. I would stay here again if we were to come back.

It was a wonderful stay! Appliances are older but worked fine. Brand new washer and dryer! Could use some new furniture on the porch, but great view! King bed was superb!

Great property and super convenient
The property is as described and in great shape. The unit was clean and well equipped. The location is convenient to the beach with easy access for a beach wagon. My only complaint is the property having only one functioning elevator... and it is tiny. The second elevator was broken with no indication of repair in the near future... one elevator servicing 8 or 9 floors that holds 3-4 people with beach equipment means loooooong waits for an empty elevator during busy times. Our longest wait time for the elevator was around 15 minutes while we were trying to leave with luggage and not in a good position to take the stairs. Understand... it didn't take that long for the elevator to get to us... it came to us several times during that period... but each time the doors opened... the elevator was already at capacity.

Needs a deep cleaning.
Firstly, the complex as a whole is an excellent facility. Neat, maintained, & although one elevator was out of service, there was some maintenance going on & may have been part of it. Workers were extremely polite & nice. Our unit was disappointing in its cleanliness & tidiness. It obviously has had a lot of updating done to it and we found the unit itself to be most accommodating. It's just that it wasn't as clean and tidy as it should have been. Either the cleaning person is not doing all that they should or else they are not being given adequate time to get the job accomplished. There were leftover food items in the fridge along with spots & food crumbs. The floors had not been cleaned well either. We got a swiffer & assorted cleaners, and I mopped 3 times during the week. By end of the week they were getting much better. I know sand is always a problem, but this was just plain old dirt and grime build-up. I cleaned counter tops also just to feel better about them. I drew the line at two things though--Most of the plates, coffee cups, etc had sticky dry wine/grape juice droplets on them & the coffee cups were literally stuck to the cabinet. I typically run needed things in dishwasher at the beginning of our stay, but I just refuse to clean things to go back into a sticky cabinet. There was a skillet with scrambled egg residue all around the inside of it. Gross! Bought a skillet & used disposables instead. Closets need decluttering--look junky & unkempt.

We love Cape Canaveral and travel there often. We've stayed in another unit in this same building before. It's close to the beach, with a view, and it is also close to shopping and restaurants.

Comfy & great location!
My family and I spent part of our spring break here- it was a great location. We loved walking right out to the beach! The washer and dryer were a huge plus, and we were pleasantly surprised with all the available beach gear! My son loved boogie boarding! The beds were comfy, despite the wiggly wicker headboards. We loved the little balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Check-in and out was nice and easy. We’d love to come back! Thank you!
