"It is the people that work at this hotel that make it a five star hotel. They are so kind and quick to help with any need! The room is clean. Plenty of towels are provided. The large refrigerator, dishwasher, and plates/mugs/utensils are very helpful. The location is well-situated for the city and a quick drive to Publix and Pizza Hut. "Overall, my stay was very good. This service was superb! The hotel interior such as the lobby, computer area, kitchen and men's bathroom or clean with the exception of being out of toilet paper and paper towels. We did bring it to the attention with the lady working the front desk. I don't think Vernette was at work at that time. She does a wonderful job keeping everything in tip top shape. I'm going to believe that it may have been the night shift that that the restrooms go without tissues and...
