Nice weekend stay.

My family stayed here for a weekend. Clean hotel, could use some updating. The staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was great and staff kept the food filled and fresh. Would stay here again!

Needs a refresh, but comfortable for a night

The hotel is a little run down and dark, with a musty smell. They are undergoing a renovation inside and outside that will hopefully make it feel fresh. The breakfast was very good and the service was great.

Pretty average at best

Until the renovation is completed, this hotel will retain its 1990s vibe. Absolutely nothing special and not up to the level of what you expect from a Hampton Inn.

When I returned from breakfast, I noticed a little brown bug crawling across the white sheets of my bed. I quickly tried to get a picture of it before it went down behind the mattresses. I did, however, get a good look at it and googled bed bugs. To my disappointment, it was indeed a bed bug! Not a doubt. We stayed in room 312. I am currently seeking a refund through Hotels.com. Bed bugs are a major issue and problem should be investigated immediately. Please update me on status of refund. Thank you.

My stay was ok. My room smelled very musky, and I could see signs of leaks around my windows and AC unit. My shower head just kind of bounced around in the wall, didn't seem to be attached to anything. Overall, everything just seemed outdated.

The property is under construction. It is in need of a renovation. It’s dated in terms of decor. The room I was in was pedestrian in character. The shade on the desk was broken. There is no food service and the staff was not prepared to recommend a place to eat. An expensive place to stay given the current state of the property. Can’t figure out how anyone could give it a rating of 9! More like a 5.
