The resort was very nice, no ac in the lobby area so prepare for heat. Front desk and concierge never picks up the phone! However the staff is overall friendly, helpful and always around the property. Bowls are needed for soups and cereal!! Also flys will be on the food— indoor and outdoor dining which is expected but at first it was gross. They will try to offer you a specialty dinner or breakfast but a 90 presentation is involved where they try to get you to buy a timeshare so skip the offer if you don’t want to sit / drive through 90 minutes of a sales rep talking your head off. Walk with your own conditioner for your hair they only provide shampoo. A lot of the staff speak no English at all and we’re not able to answer our questions. Overall nice experience! Beach was clean / blue water. Pools were clean. Also do no book excursions on the property or you will pay triple the amount. Book excursions through Expedia - pick up is by the coffee shop.
