Overall

Pros: amenaties
Cons: lighting in the rooms and the bathroom was very poor
I would not advise any European to stay in Cebu for more than 3 or 4 days. If you are going to go to Philippines then travel do not stay static. The city of Cebu does not have many attractions but those that are there ae nice and worthy of seeing but all can be seen in 2 days. The same applies to the other island we went to which was Bahol. I advise using local knowledge and not trying to do it yourself get a driver it is not expensive.

Cebu City Trip

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and a Starbucks in the hotel.
Location: Located in Cebu city. A park and shopping mall near the hotel.
The Hotel lobby is extremely small and so is the elevator. Not many people can fit in the elevator at once. The room was ok, but not very elegant. They do have a Starbucks in the lobby, and a convenience store just outside of the lobby. You can buy toiletries and what ever else you'll need. There is a Mall (Robinsons) about a block or so from the Hotel. There is a grocery store in side the Mall, and also a food court. Also there is a small park across from the Mall, but you will have a hell of a time getting to that park. The traffic is unbelievable, and it's very hard to cross the street. People are very nice and friendly.

Comfortable, Value for money, Accessible, Fun

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Lots of activities to do inside, with the sky adventure, shooting range, swimming pool, gym and spa. You wouldn't run out of things to do inside.
Cons: Hot water leaves a lot to be desired. Pillows get squashed easily.
Location: Location is a good walk to several places of interest. Banks nearby. Everything is a short ride away.
We were given a room with a great view of the city and the mountains. The room was also spacious which made getting ready for two persons an easy task. Beds were firm and supportive. Clean toilet and bath is also a plus. Courteous staff answered our inquiries well and accommodated requests made. Starbucks located at the lobby is a plus. Security features make one feel safe. (Metal Detectors in the entrances, Keycard operated elevators) Convenient location near the nightlife district, accessible to many types of vehicles, round the clock availability of taxis.

Spacious and comfy

Posted Jul 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Bathrooms are a bit dated. However, the rooms are big, and beds are comfy. The breakfast buffet is not really the best (not worth it). Watch out for the long queue upon check in/out, as the hotel's flooded with tourists.

Not bad for the price

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: The main pool is nicec get a room on the 10th or 9th floor if you can so you don't have to ride the congested elevators every time to use it
Cons: Free up the elevators so not everyone has to use the 2 main ones
Location: Mango square has a bunch of nightclubs "J" ave is the most popular but there are some good ones upstairs too!
Older hotel but nice rooms and good central location. If you stay on the same floor as the pool you can use a separate elevator that casino users use and its never congested like the main elevators are. The indoor fitness pool on the 17th floor has a nice outdoor balcony that's good for getting a drink and enjoying the view. Its covered so you don't have to move if it rains.

bad experience due-room had strong smell of mildew

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Cons: remove the strong smell of mildews and clean the towels, they need to used zonrox in every towels because it was really look like a rug.
I stayed Crown Regency in Cebu city but had a terrible experience. The room stink so bad of mildew and that I was not able to sleep the first night and I have to request the front desk at 3am to transfer another room. Unfortunately, when we transferred another room the same still smell and even in the hallway. And then, I was so frustrated that they are not able to provide us even an air freshener and that cause me to buy our own. Also, there towels are look so bad that you have to hesitate to use it because the color is so dirty that look like a rug. the whole experience was terrible and I would not recommend this hotel.

Not for Westeners

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Not much
Cons: Decor, switch on some of the staff needs some work
Location: Great massage place next door, hawkers B,Bq near the roundabout
This property is in need of a makeover and a bit tired. Breakfast does not cater very well to western culture at all, the bench we sat on the seat was broken. Had dinner in Cafe Gio 7 of us ordered and the meals came out and different times 3 were only hamburgers however got 2 the other was 10 minutes later. Lots of tacky fun park etc on the top floor

Excellent cebu City choice

Posted Jun 13, 2014
Everything was excellent when this hotel is considered by price vs services, amenities, condition!! They have an excellent work out facility though some of the machines could use some updating.
