"Beautiful hotel and amenities in a Great Location!! Digital Check In was a bit complicated. We did the check in and submitted all the information. We arrived to the location and tried the Check In option at 3:30 and it was saying it was too early to check in. I tried contacting them through the number on WhatsApp, and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. It took about 30 to 40 minutes in order for someone to help out. They weren’t too helpful and weren’t understanding that no code was being sent...

"This property is in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Overall the property is in good shape with only one exception which I will describe shortly.
