"This place is a hiddden jem. Incredible staff and location was perfect. Pillows and sheets were extra comfy. Room and accommodations were perfect. Quite and enough away from centro to overlook the town. Just perfect."

"First, it was an ordeal reaching this property due to very narrow and rough streets. Second, after reaching the property doors were closed and I called the number provided and no one answered. Finally, the area felt extremely unsafe and I proceeded to book a different hotel. "

"Hotel was closed when I arrived. Tried calling hotel several times and no one picked up. Sent an email and finally got a response saying that they were not expecting me because I never confirmed my reservation even though I did not receive any type of communication from them. Just hope I get my money back at this point."

"The Orchid House is a beautiful hotel and the staff are all excellent! Iwe had a lovely three days there and just had a small issue with the shower water pressure. It was minor issue though. Would highly recommend and Faviola makes a great breakfast. The grounds are beautiful too. Loved it there."

"The hotel is located in an excellent location you can walk 3 minutes to the church and restaurants all over so thats perfect, but it is a very small room with no closet or large mirror to check your outfit out. Not a family room for sure its more like a couples hotel but I would stay there again .Because of the location! It was clean and nice and quiet. "

"The staff especially Aracelli embraced me like a sister. She was wonderful in every aspect. The hotel was amazing, it opens into a beautiful kitchen area, a fountain to the other side and dining room, then two comfy living spaces. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was my room sat above a very busy and noisy street. I would definitely stay here again! Gracias, Aracelli! "
