Pros: convenient to the centre
Cons: cheap uncomfortable fixtures ie beds and chairs
Location: lovely scenic small town. plenty of places nearby to eat and drink
the hotel was very basic but the rooms were clean. the bedding was clean and laundered but the beds were small and uncomfortable. the shower room was extremely small and we showered in a space similar to a tall bread bin! the area was residential so the hotel had a slight 'room by the hour' feel. breakfast was cheap and nasty. the staff we found pleasant and helpfull and i would probablystay again if i was on a tight budget.

Grumpy reception, noisy room, smelled of stale chip fat, pee stain on the floor in room, shower doors wouldn't close, cheap furniture piled up as a wardrobe, digibox for TV suspended from the ceiling. Thank goodness I checked in at 10:00pm and left before 6:30 the following day. Can't comment on the food therefore, but my guess would be overcoked pasta, thin tomato sauce and rank meat. A thoroughly nauseating hotel. You have been warned.
