Noisy but nice
We enjoyed our stay, and the rooms are nice, but it gets very noisy at night. We also had trouble with our door and were locked out one night until repairman came to let us in. It ended up that the lock was broken and was jamming into the door frame. He said he would come back to fix it, but never did during our stay. TVs in every room, but none worked, even with using all of the "quick fixes" written in the guide. Not a big deal since were not in Charleston to watch TV. :) Overall, a nice place to stay and convenient location, but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

A total disappointment
The two bedroom apartment only had one bath even though the pictures on the site showed 2 BR's, a second floor and a spiral staircase against an exposed brick wall. The reality was one bath, no second floor, and no staircase. When we complained to the rental agency, they said some units has 1 and a half baths, ours did not. There were three big screen TV's, none of which worked. We immediately complained and they said they would come and have Comcast fix it. We were there 3 nights, no one ever came to fix them, and not one TV ever worked. The rental staff had a "too bad" attitude. We will NEVER book with this agency - Walk Away Stays - again and I suggest Expedia drop them from their service as their pictures are a complete misrepresentation of the actual facilities.

Would not try to book
We booked this property several months before the 2017 eclipse. We invited friends to join us. By chance, I called to ask about parking and got quite the surprise that we had no reservation despite having booked through Orbitz and already paid. The hotel claimed they never received the reservation and made zero efforts to accommodate us. In fact, the manager declined to return our call at all despite a written request even after we forwarded a copy of the Orbitz confirmation. Buyer beware! If you book through Orbitz, this ibusiness will decline your reservation if they think they can get a better price from someone else. I didn't want a refund. I wanted to see the eclipse, which is why I booked several months ahead. Glad I called to ask about parking or else I would have drove 600 miles to sleep in my car. Don't walk, run away from this place!!!!
