Employees were very happy and courteous. For the price I paid i was disappointed in the room and bathroom appearance. "

"It smelled like cat pee. The overnight staff called at 2am to see if our room was occupied, but we were sound asleep and did not answer. We then woke up to the staff member attempting to open our door repeatedly. We were very freaked out and were not able to sleep for quite some time. I went to the desk a bit later and asked for more details and he said the system glitched and it said our room was not occupied. I get the mistake but it was a crazy thing to happen. The room had an awful stench which lost its cleanliness credibility. We did not enjoy returning from our excursions to unwind. "

I went to another hotel even though my booking was nonrefundable. You could not pay me to go back to this place. "
