Didn’t like how poorly kept the basic things were. Broken shower handle had to replace that, then water was barely past warm, bed had a sink, some springs in there definitely gone. The smell of the room was old like the mattress and pillows. Way past due to replace those. Allergies from that made the stay poor. Just overall not what I expected from Sheraton… may as well have stayed at a holiday inn. At least the staff was friendly and professional.

The property was very nice, the staff friendly, the breakfast is good. The only thing I was concerned about was getting into and out of the shower. The tub floor was slippery so be careful!

I stayed here in May when I was in town for a family event, and it was NOT a great experience. The hotel is definitely NOT worth the crazy price (it was over $200/night because there were apparently 2 conferences being held in the area). The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is (1) for Jamela Anderson (Supervisor of Guest Service) and (2) because the food & drinks were good. The room I was initially given was not finished being made up, but Jamela made sure that I was taken care of in the restaurant/bar while I waited. The food & drinks were good! She then ensured that I was upgraded to club level which was quieter, had a better view, and had access to the lounge. They gave my new room number to my parents as well (different reservation) so they tried coming into my locked room while I was sleeping, all of the numbers on my safe didn't work, there was a leak from the ceiling in my parents' room, their safe didn't work at all, and they had no iron. It was just issue after issue, but thankfully Jamela stayed on top of everything and ensured that her supervisor compensated us appropriately. We are VERY thankful for Jamela, but definitely will not be returning.

Checked in early and was informed my room wasn't ready yet, so my phone number was taken to give me a call when it was. I ended up calling the hotel myself as it was already an hour and had not heard back. Was informed my room was ready but wasn't given a reason why I didn't get a call back. Eventually I got the call to inform me my room was ready over 3 hours later, I was already in by then. Can't understand how they could forget one of their guests...smh

Please, the refrigerator should not be right under the night stand by the pillows. The room is big enough to place it elsewhere. This is not a cheap motel.

The property was mostly fine, but the indoor pool was terrible. It was cold and had a metal surface for the floor. The combination of those two factors led to a dangerous and uncomfortable experience in the pool. I would stay here again if the did something about the pool.

If you are planning to walk to Bank of America stadium it is not as close as we thought was BUT it is still managable to walk if you are in good shape and have no physical issues. Staff was so great and beds are sooooo comfortable
